Appointments:

Call our office giving pertinent information regarding cause of loss, insurance company and adjuster names, and an appointment will be set for an estimator.
After meeting with you or your claims adjuster, an estimate will be put together and delivered to you.
Upon acceptance of the estimate from the adjuster and your approval to do the work, a Work Authorization is signed to commence work and the insurance deductible is paid.
Work will commence.
You will make the final decisions on items such as cabinets, countertops, floor coverings, plumbing fixtures and paint colors.

If an After-Hours Emergency happens:

The phone number to call is found on the office voice mail system
Pertinent information will be gathered
Appointment time will be set with the client and/or adjuster.
A Work Authorization will be signed by the client and deductible paid to commence work.
You will make the final decisions on items such as cabinets, countertops, floor coverings, plumbing fixtures and paint colors.
